I'm glad they are so easy going about things when you call them with questions or concerns, they always seem happy to help! They can do everything from simple repairs that don't cost much money up to really expensive upgrades including new computers (and all in between). It's great having one place where we go for our computer needs at work since it saves us time and gas/car expenses as well. Honestly just pick your issue and if they have any experience doing something like that they might be able to get you an answer right away. We've had problems upgrading our laptops by ourselves before but once we called consistent computer bargains they got me fixed ASAP.
