The ease at which I was able to learn, how they helped me set up my computer software for school & work etc., it really made things easier! It's super helpful because this helps out more so than if we had gone through an employee who didn't know what they were doing as much as these guys do. We have used them many times over the years now!! They are always there when called upon! There has never been anything that I dislike about AOS. I give all the credit goes to Ryan, he makes sure EVERYTHING gets done right away whether big or small. Always willing to help us no matter who calls/emails him first (if not you get an answer from one of his coworkers). Their customer service is great and extremely helpful!! If anyone needs any kind of IT services AOS is your best bet!! Great knowledgeable staff that will take care of you with open arms!! The ease of use for this program! I had no trouble setting up my computer at all.The software was extremely easy to learn how to navigate, as well as set-up and maintain. There were very few problems when using it. It does what its supposed to do without any hassle or issues. We have been able to stay ahead of our competition by implementing new programs into our system.
