I was trying to connect an Insignia device, model NS-HAIOR18, and these Insignia Bluetooth bookshelf speakers, model NS-HBTSS116, to the Echo and Echo Dot for music streaming, and neither of them was connected to Alexa apps to connect Bluetooth, Alexa just can't find these devices and I can't tell you why. I can connect my iPhone 8 without any problems. I have contacted Insignia support regarding this but they just don't respond.
