I got to work right away. So far they have been used with roast duck and roast beef. Fork and carving knife are the perfect size. Everything has a nice weight and feel. I love that these knives don't have sticky plastic handles or brittle wooden handles. These knives are dishwasher safe. Hooray! Steak knives are not serrated but are sharp. The beaded pattern is classic in style and the teardrop handles are comfortable to hold. The only negative for me is that there is no way they are coming. It would even be nice to suggest a case for her. If there is a gift box, please let me know. I would definitely buy it. This set is really a good gift for a wedding or anniversary.
