This Crocs model also gets 2 stars for the same reason. Crocs sizes are everywhere. I usually wear women's 9.5. I ordered Neria Pro in women's sizes 10 and 9 - fits perfectly. So I ordered this women's size 9 unisex baya and it was too big and too long. At the same time I ordered a unisex croc band in women's size 9 and it was too small. Thank goodness free returns...but what a waste of time waiting for them to arrive and then taking them to a UPS store to ship them back
