Great sound but sent back due to.

The sound of the Sony WF-1000XM3 is stunning. The item looks good and looks like a quality product. If you just want to listen to music, podcasts, etc. Probably a great headphone. But if you use them as a business tool, don't think about it because they will disappoint you. The fact that they say nothing about this product was the reason I sent it back. As I said earlier, the sound quality is amazing. Sony got it right. There are two things that really bother me. Firstly, the product that was delivered to me was intended for Asian markets. In other words, when I connected it to my phone, all commands were in Chinese. I spent (and I say it ironically) only 2 hours learning how to change commands with a little-known feature set in Sony's mobile app. Second, the writing on the inside of the lid is also in Chinese. All of this, of course, was more annoying than anything else, but it compounded the second group of problems. The second problem is NOT something that can be solved. I will describe the problem as follows: When you take the earbuds out of the charging case, a message will appear for 5-7 seconds that the device is connected to your phone and that the earbuds are fully charged. . If you're trying to answer a call and can't initiate a conversation when you pick up the handset, that's a problem. The other part of this question is the most important. During a call, every time you receive an SMS, weak message, email, or other notification, you'll hear a "bing" that lasts 2-3 seconds. As a result, you cannot communicate with the person on the phone. You don't hear them and they don't hear you. If this happens multiple times during a call, especially during a business call, this is NOT acceptable. Of course, I've been told by multiple sources that this is an issue with the phone (Pixel 5). So I tried turning off all notifications while on a call. Needless to say, the possible workaround goes beyond annoying and troublesome. In the end I am extremely dissatisfied and believe that Sony has given up on this product. So I returned it and gave Sony 2 stars. And just so you know, I've tried other high quality earbuds (like Jabra, Samsung, and Google). Nobody seems to have these problems.
