Great first impression

After living with bad tasting well-water and red stains in our tubs and sinks for 16 years.finally bit the bullet and upgraded to the iSpring filter. Installed a WSP-50 sediment filter (which replaced my old cheap Omni water filter) in front of our GE water softener. Then put the WGB22-B-PB 2-stage filter after the softener. Water immediately smelled and tasted totally different. I no longer have to go to the fridge water dispenser to get a glass of water to drink (which was still only so-so…

Quality product AND Service

This is a great in-home water filtration system. It was my fault and I screwed opened to top to one of the filters. I called iSpring and Nick, a salesman, told me that I made a mistake and the filter was meant to be sealed. He said it was under warranty and is sending me out a replacement filter. Now that, is great customer service. Can’t wait to turn the system on.

Good Filtration but Messy to Change

Very good filters. Has made a world of difference in our water system and improved the taste greatly. Protects your appliances that use water from corrosive or mineral deposits.Very messy to install. Heavy. Needs a drain valve on the bottom of the filter canister. When you change filters, water it all the way to the top so you have the weight of the canister, wet filter and water. Ispring Water filter

My family and I noticed the different in the quality of water in our house when my husband and son installed the ispring water filter. We just purchased a house, which has an old lead pipe connecting the house to the water-main 9 feet deep. My husband and son are engineers and selected purchasing the ispring water filter in lieu of excavating,installing shoring, filing and paying for permits, experiencing 4 inspections, obtaining sign offs from DEP and the Bldg. Dept. to have save potable water

Test Results Are In!

Test results are in (see photos attached), and I cannot be any happier with my purchase!This all started when finding out that my wife is pregnant with our first child. Pricey, but worth it. I cannot stand city/town water. Our well had some contaminates and these take care of it. The 4 pack is a years supply for us. They could probably go longer, but we haven’t sent our old filters out for examination

Good Product, Great Customer Service

We purchased the WGB22B-PB to incorporate into a rain water catchment supply for an off-grid house. The system has only just been installed and so far it is works as advertised. Installation was done by a professional. Worth noting is iSpring's customer service, which has been great. One of the cartridges arrived broken and iSpring immediately replaced it no questions asked. I would certainly buy from this company again.

Excellent product when used with a softener

With the use of a whole house softener as well took hardness from over 1000ppm to 40ppm and still dropping, with no taste of any hard metals in water.

Better than I expected

The setup of this system was very easy, it took less than an hour, after I charged the lines and let the water flow I was amazed, no iron, no sediment.This system beats the "big box" systems, all the reviews I read on this filter system was true.My well water analysis came out better than my old house city water.Thanks

Cleared lead to <0.001

Great product. Our water test for our well was @ 0.07 for lead. Purchased and installed this unit with ease. After running the water through the system for 15 minutes and then let sit for another 15 minutes we had crystal clear water. 2nd water test came back with results of <0.001 for lead and 0 for everything else. Highly recommend this product.

Works well for my opinion

This is an excellent water filter system. It has resolved multiple problems for us: spots on glasses and dishes from the dishwasher, calcium scale in the dishwasher, and residue from the water after showers and hair washing. It is compact to fit it smaller spaces, but it really does the trick.
