After living with bad tasting well-water and red stains in our tubs and sinks for 16 years.finally bit the bullet and upgraded to the iSpring filter. Installed a WSP-50 sediment filter (which replaced my old cheap Omni water filter) in front of our GE water softener. Then put the WGB22-B-PB 2-stage filter after the softener. Water immediately smelled and tasted totally different. I no longer have to go to the fridge water dispenser to get a glass of water to drink (which was still only so-so with only a carbon filter). Time will tell how well these hold up and if the red stains will stay away. But so far I am very impressed!
