After assembling it in less than 15 minutes, very easy, I sat in the chair on the lowest setting. I still barely touched the ground. I'm 5ft 11in and this was quite tall for me. But it has a kind of uncomfortable footstool. And it works for me when I raise the chair very high. I mean I can stand and sit in a chair without bending my knees! It is in the highest position. Designed to sit forward rather than lean back when playing, the chair is very comfortable on the butt. Thick and really nice to play with for hours. I have an Oculus and WOW! The chair rotates smoothly on a very solid base, quickly and quietly. So using a VR headset allows you to move around a bit in games like Down the Rabbit Hole etc where you want to move in circles but stay in one place. The chair is really cool and working and clearly designed by a gamer! If it wasn't so high I would have given it 5 stars, now I would say 4.5 stars again! Its worth it!
