Camera's picture is good, but if you are looking for a good audio camera this is not for you, also as I have since setting cam's last month called and e-mailed to tech support, gotten a few e-mails back. apparently, there nothing they can do for the Audio portion, buyer beware, I figure at least a phone call from tech to try to figure out the problem, which can be a minor problem, but they apparently a call back to help is not important. I bought the Cameras for the Audio, so was so disappointed, and surprise to see that technical support most of the time doesn't even return calls or e-mails, also you do pay extra for Audio cameras. The sad thing is after all the work finding a spot, and installing cameras to start over. So many options for cameras so do your homework. THE NO HELP FROM TECH SOPPORT IS A BIG PROBLEM.
