1. No Twist As Described2. Even if you want to insert it as a dual flare it will be very painful as the edge of the flare is SHARP for some reason. I thought it would cut my ear3. The design is inaccurate. I know some minor jewelry needs to be altered to fit but nowhere in the description or pictures does it say this will happen so this is false advertising.
