Pros1. These are real ceramic knives.2. They are easy to clean. negative1. The blades are not long enough. The actual length of the blades is just under 4 inches. That's not enough to simply cut a steak. I measured the blade length of my steel steak knives; They were all 5¼ to 6 inches tall. slim. I see tips or blades break easily. 3. The edge of the blade is not as sharp as it should be. Compared to my ceramic kitchen knives, the cutting edge is significantly blunt. I assume that's because of the thin blade, the bottom line is that I'm looking for ceramic steak knives again, which go to Goodwill.
