The ability to have all communication channels in one place makes it easy to see who's contacting you across your organization as well as within each channel itself! I wish there was an easier way to create groups of people or teams that could then be assigned messages from other users/groups so they don't need access to post directly into my account anymore. This would make things much more efficient when managing multiple accounts with different team members. It really allows us to keep track of what our customers are saying about everything we do - both positive AND negative comments- which helps drive new ideas forward and improve existing ones where needed.- Customer service management.
