LED interference not resolved

Installed an LED headlight on my 2019 Harley Street Glide Special. As soon as I plugged it in, it turned off all the radios. I used this device to try and fix the problem. It's not like this. I can tune in to a few stations but they all have interference. Not much has changed so I'll try adding some ferrite chokes and see if that helps for $10. I would skip this product if you were in my situation.
