I converted a whole set of 35 lamps with these bulbs and the garland came out very (too) bright. I can assume it's 2.5 volts and not 3.5 volts as advertised. This is in line with complaints from other customers that the bulbs are underpowered when used as spares in 35 bulb sets - a 2.5 volt bulb rather than a proper 3.5 volt bulb is being compared typically burn weaker than other bulbs in the set. I will be setting them aside to use as spares in my 50 bulb GKI clamp base bulb sets.
