Review on NutriBullet Pro - 13-Piece High-Speed Blending System with Recipe Book (900 Watts) by Timothy Johnson

It really mixes! in small devices

I love my NutriBullet Pro and have made some great smoothies. I had a leak early on, but once I changed the order of the ingredients to the opposite of what the book recommends, I had no more problems. The instructions say to put the greens on top first and then the frozen food and ice cream, but you flip this thing over! When I loaded as recommended the frozen food was a problem and the green stayed up. Numerous stops, shakes and restarts caused the leak! I put frozen food first, then a layer of fruit, yogurt, veggies, and then some ice cubes - works great! Grinds everything, even whole almonds. Make sure the lid is tightly closed, especially when stopping and restarting or pulsing. After that, it can be a bit difficult to remove the cover, but that's not a big problem. Experiment! Some smoothies look pretty gross but still taste good. I definitely did NOT need all of these parts - I'll probably never use flip caps or pen caps. The shaker is big and I just pour everything into another glass. Save money in the process. The book is useless and just a big advertisement.
