The radio was first delivered with a damaged part. I emailed the seller and within a week and a half they sent me a brand new one after providing me with a free shipping label so I could send the damaged one back. This stereo is great for any simple stereo replacement. Pros: The stereo works exactly as it says it will. I installed it on my 2005 Jeep Wrangler and it worked. AUX cable worked, Bluetooth worked very well with my Galaxy S8. The blue LED is beautiful and was easy to install. (I already had the harness adapter handy). Also the remote control is convenient and easy to learn. Cons: Too easy for a beginner music lover. The equalizer settings are basic and practically unadjustable. And stereo is not compatible with amplifier and subwoofer. I should have researched more on this as I assumed it would work with them but I was wrong. Unfortunately I will be returning it for that reason alone.
