You won't find that kind of concern for customer satisfaction at ACEVIVI. Their support staff is useless; good luck getting a reply from them. Even if you do make through to them, don't expect anything outstanding from their wares. Seriously, guys. If your business model depends on making customers happy, you should provide goods that live up to that promise. Instead, you'll receive a lot of useless, poorly designed garbage from ACEVIVI that will do nothing but empty your cash. Don't even bother trying ACEVIVI if you're on the fence. Instead of dealing with a firm that doesn't value its customers or keep its commitments, find one that does. Your wallet (and your health) will be grateful.
