This is my 1 month old Lexus and I am still trying to install it. First, the only instructions that come with it are in Chinese. Even after using the translator, they are incomplete. There is no technical support for this company. And now that I followed the instructions that were given to me, it didn't work. Nobody will even try to install the new remote start I bought from Best Buy. Because they don't know what was done before. It was the worst mistake of my life. And now my car isn't working and the dealer is charging 1000.00 even for trying to undo what was done.
