Fastest Rear Camera Setup

Package Included: Monitor, Monitor Stand, Wireless Camera, Power Cord, USB Cable, Hardware, Instructions. Long time. I just didn't want to spend a day running wires and installing one of those wired devices. This was my decision, try the wireless backup camera system. Panel on the rear camera. Now connect the supplied USB charging cable and charge your rear view camera. This can take several hours. When you're done, unplug the cable and screw the plate back on. (Check before you put it on your car - use the battery and connect the monitor) Installing the camera. Remove the license plate screws. Line up the holes and tighten the screws. Tilt the bracket back down. Install the monitor. Remove the sticker from the bottom of the monitor mount and rinse with water. Now all good and sticky, attach to the windshield. Mine runs AC on a flat surface. At this point there was also a socket, win, win. The included 12V power plug has a red round button, press it to power the monitor. The monitor itself can be turned on. and turn it off by touching the "S" icon on the front panel. Further settings such as brightness and contrast can be made on the monitor panel. 480p and it turns on when I start the car and stays on for about 30 seconds. When reversing, for example into a parking space, simply tap the S icon on the monitor. The live image from the wireless reversing camera is shown on the display. It took me a few days to get used to the 170 degree view and now I can judge the depth of objects better. This is a great addition to an older car. Also, no wiring is required, which is a better design and better for the end user. You can easily set this up later on a second device if needed. My wireless camera is fully charged thanks to the solar panel. I just saw some strange things. Turned itself on while driving. Touched the S icon on the monitor and saw the old image for a few seconds before it updated. Apart from these very small things, there were no real problems at all. It was what I was looking for, nothing fancy but it still does the job. The workmanship of the camera and mount is very good. The display is fine. The camera weighs nearly 8 ounces and is also weatherproof. And the last thing you get is a 1-year warranty on these Scosche products, nice. Hope that was helpful
