Review on 🔧 Dorman 598-204 EGR Line: High-Quality Replacement for Cadillac, Chevrolet, and GMC Models by Paul Hyde

I bought this to replace a pipe on my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 6.0L. I had issues with the factory tubes because they didn't seem designed to flex and snap when I tried to bend them to the side. This replacement solves this problem as the hoses are made of flexible tubing. The tubes are sturdy yet easy to bend to get them where they need to be. Note: The downpipe is attached to the exhaust manifold on the passenger side with two screws. Wet the bolts with plenty of spray as they break very easily. I had shaved both screw heads so I had to spend $70 to replace the manifold. And that's just using a hand tool with elbow grease and no percussion tools.
