I have a solar health and fitness bike. The original seat it came with was small and hard. I couldn't sit on it for more than 5 minutes because of the pain. The price for this new seat was right and the reviews were good. This seat is a good size and very comfortable. The seat is well padded. With the new seat, I was able to use my exercise bike for an hour at a time. I highly recommend it. My photo shows the old seat as well as the new larger seat. It was also very easy to install.
