My Favorite Makeup Lipstick
To avoid smudging I apply it, dab it really well and then rub it in with my fingertips so it looks more like a smudge. Lasts for hours while eating and drinking. Love it. I get lots of compliments. I wouldn't say it's a moisturizer, but you can apply baby lips (my pick for moisturizing with color) or something on top to absorb moisture. I have tried every lip product and this is my favorite. I hope they never stop doing this.
