Only one works. suitable for gamepads and standard controllers

A controller does not work. Slow or no typing, or multiple repetitive typing for a single command. I only discovered this after the return policy had expired (I only needed one controller when I bought it). I've re-synced it several times with no success. The other controller works great, no complaints.
