Review on Loctite 1993881 Henkel Solder Paste by Fernando Ramani

This solder paste is thick and sticky! If you have a pick and place machine and are having trouble with parts not staying on the board, use this. Cleaning with isoprop isn't too bad if you don't let it dry. The solder paste adheres well to the PCB for several hours (at 22°C, 40% humidity) before it dries completely. I would not recommend it for hand soldering as it is too thick for that. I would not use this solder paste for boards with smaller components than 0402, the balls are too big for that.
