Missing Parts & Accessories

The pulley lasted about 4 months and replaced the original OEM pulley which was in use for about 15 years. It started squeaking yesterday, so I knew we'd have a new replacement coming soon. This morning my wife went into the bathroom and was struck by the smell. The bearing completely collapsed and the outer ring melted the pulley causing the nylon to cook. If he served four years that might be annoying, but 4 months? I can't, in good conscience, recommend it and won't be buying from this source again.
