High hopes good for me
Had high hopes for this product. Reading previous reviews seemed like a good gift for the Dads and Granddads in the family. So I bought one for myself. However, when I u screwed it and put it back together, part of it won’t unscrew anymore. I understood that the threads are in different directions per different parts. When I contacted customer support they did nothing but ask stupid questions. I even tried to use pliers. Would not recommend.
- Bought this for a neighbor, she loves it. Especially the flashlight.
