Great customer service and very quick turnaround times
The best thing about our experience with DB is that their team members are well experienced in all aspects of software development, including technical support for various tools such as JIRA or Confluence used by Project managers to track project tasks/milestones etc., knowledge sharing sessions where they share tips / tricks which helps us save time when working at different locations using remote access solutions like TeamViewer (we also use this tool extensively). I have not found any dislikes during my interactions so far nor has anyone complained against them either! There isn't anything much specific i can mention here but if you need someone who would be available 24X7 then definitely try it out!! You will find yourself saving precious amount off your budget since there won’t really ever come down days without interaction through emails between customers - even small ones sometimes requires an immediate response within 8 hours maximum otherwise we.
