If you don't just use this pan, you're doing something wrong. Okay, I know sometimes your kitchen calls for different sheets and maybe with a lip, but these things are great. If you use it to burn the bottom of something, you're using the stove for too long. Pizza, biscuits, biscuits etc. Everything is perfect.
