Doesn't work as advertised

Bought this smoke alarm for our motor home to replace our old ones. After activating and installing one of these, the light flashed, but the device never chirped as described. Then a day later, the device turned off without blinking or anything. So much for a 10 year old battery. Another new one activated, it works a bit but now you can't turn off the device. Bad product. Wouldn't even give one star.

Pros
