I have a termite control team fighting over this hammer. It's fast and fairly light. The only catch is that it only comes with a "two-pronged" plug. Because we always use a Protek circuit breaker, our hammers must be fitted with a grounded (three prong) plug. Being quite handy, I simply swapped out the power cord to retool the instrument. This hammer will drill hundreds if not thousands of 1/2" holes in concrete slabs of varying depths each month and requires very little maintenance.
