So far after testing when I received the radio it's great! I stow it away, ready for use in case a hurricane hits and our power goes out. It's hurricane season right now so I'll be writing another review when I use it for the emergencies I know are coming. The sound is very clear, no interference. Customer service is also amazing and willing to help with any problem. I highly recommend this radio. Update: Emergency help has arrived and I have a problem with my radio. I contacted the company straight away and the customer service is fantastic! They contacted me immediately and replaced it with a newer version of the radio. I am completely satisfied and will always buy a product from this company Kozo. Thank you Kozo!
