Before I even used it the top front with the KOZO sign and stations listed fell off! Apparently glued with temporary glue. Really a piece of junk. I sent it back immediately and will be looking for a different brand of emergency radio. Really pathetic and very disappointing. There is no excuse for such a poorly made item.

Very functional emergency radio. I bought it for my son and he was delighted. It's always good to have a backup radio that can run on both solar panels and manual chargers. It has so many cool and useful features like emergency red light and phone charger. It's small so doesn't take up much space. Everyone should have one in case of unforeseen natural disasters.

I bought this NOAA radio as a birthday gift and the receiver loves the size, weight, volume and brightness of the light. The first radio I got didn't work properly (everything worked except the radio). I emailed the seller, answered a few questions, and received a replacement in less than three days. I had to read many reviews on this radio before I decided to buy this one. Many others have fake reviews and I took a chance but got the real deal. I usually have poor reception in my house, but I still wanted a radio for my emergency kit. As soon as I put the batteries in, my favorite station came through very clear and loud, which is amazing in my home. Then I took out the batteries and put the radio outside for a couple of hours to check the charge on the solar panel. I wasn't expecting much

So far after testing when I received the radio it's great! I stow it away, ready for use in case a hurricane hits and our power goes out. Great compact device and even better customer service. I thought the solar panel wasn't charging because the indicator didn't light up. Contacted Kozo Support. They immediately delivered another device and forwarded my question to their technical department. It turns out that the solar panel works, but when using solar energy there is no indicator (CHA). Was very happy with this little radio. It's small. Although it looks like a boombox in the picture. It's about the size of a conventional transistor and easily fits in a backpack. We were forced to buy a rechargeable weather radio when a Formula 1 tornado with winds of 100mph, hail and heavy rain swept about 100 meters past us last week and left thousands without power around us. The TV meteorologist was telling people to take cover when the power went out so we had no idea what to expect.
