Great compact device and even better customer service. I thought the solar panel wasn't charging because the indicator didn't light up. Contacted Kozo Support. They immediately delivered another device and forwarded my question to their technical department. It turns out that the solar panel works, but when using solar energy there is no indicator (CHA). They said that this feature was changed after the instructions were printed and the instructions are wrong (referring to CHA solar light). I disconnected the battery and checked the performance of the solar panel and it is correct - the solar panel is charging but the CHA indicator is not lit. The CHA indicator works when other charging methods are used. They just have to make it clear in their instructions. Good company, they're trying to do everything right.
