Really pathetic and very disappointing

Before I even used it the top front with the KOZO sign and stations listed fell off! Apparently glued with temporary glue. Really a piece of junk. I sent it back immediately and will be looking for a different brand of emergency radio. Really pathetic and very disappointing. There is no excuse for such a poorly made item.
