I am now on my 4th replacement of these lamps. Customer service went out of their way to help by sending the product 3 times for free but there have been quality issues with every set including this one. The remote only works sometimes and you must be within 1-2 feet of the receiver and the color of the buttons does not match the color you receive. (even if you use the reset function) Also, not all colors work. This set has lasted the longest so far (over a couple of days) but it would be great if the remote actually worked and you could pick the color you want instead of hitting them all at random until you find the right one. Installation is easy, adhesion is good, color looks good, but the overall quality is very poor. I give 3 stars for customer service but zero for the product itself. They have also asked me several times to change this rating and I find it inappropriate.
