The product itself has five stars. Good quality and great price. Two stars for the seller not stating that the Toyota and JBL have completely different adapters/harnesses and THIS WILL NOT FIT! I have 4 Runner 2016 with JBL Sound. My dash speakers burned out which is a common problem. My guess is that Toyota had to swap out the adapter for the same type of cable from non-JBL equipped vehicles versus JBL equipped vehicles. If you are making custom adapters, you should be aware that the car manufacturer uses different designs and will list the models your product is compatible with and incompatible with. I hope they accept the return and refund my money as the adapter is in a plastic bag which had to be ripped open to find that it does not work with the 2016 JBL Runner. Please update your listing so we know this will not work with JBL Toyota and if you have the correct one please provide the part number.
