I received this set of six kitchen towels yesterday. I review my first impressions. I have not yet used, washed or dried this product. I will update my review after fully testing this product. I received this product undamaged. I bought the floral print set which is beautiful. Floral print only on one side of this towel. Now my sense of smell is terrible but when I opened the package I smelled a very strong chemical odor that took my breath away. I hope the smell will go away after washing. Out of the box they are very hard and prickly. They are made from 100% cotton produced in India. They are quite large (20x30). You are very thin. I'm concerned about their ability to absorb water. There is a loop for hanging. The edges are finished and the stitching looks solid. I have never used flour bag towels. With that in mind, I hope they don't disappoint.
