Purchasing a basic and inexpensive Uniq silicone case was the solution I needed to fix the issue with a slick back cover. While doing so, it shields the phone from shock and ensures that the camera does not protrude outward along with it. It is unfortunate that you cannot install two SIM cards and a MicroSD card at the same time; nevertheless, given that there is approximately 25GB of memory available, this limitation is not a significant one.
