I don't know what's wrong with this thing. I thought it would be perfect. I looked at everything that was Made for Men and Space Age or something. In fact, the thing is tied so tightly that the air doesn't get into the thing like it should. As a result, you put body wash on the thing and lather it up and it just doesn't work. I've tried many times, adding more or less water to see if that helps. It's not like this. I repurchase the old trusted Bath & Body Works products about every three months. I rarely leave bad reviews on anything. I usually don't write a review at all unless something is what I was hoping for. But the thing doesn't work at all. So I think I should let people know.
