Overall good but clearly not the right size.
Update 15/15/2021: I bought 20g nose rings and was able to track the 20g nose ring behind the needle and it ran smoothly. If you buy these just note that the 18g nose ring will not fit. The 20g ring also didn't fit in the back end of the needle but I was able to push it through with trouble. Bought an 18g needle to pierce the nose with an 18g nose. ring, fishtail nose ring. Pretty easy to push through, but the size isn't 18g, it's smaller. The nose ring didn't match the end of the needle but I figured I could just trace it behind the needle. that does not work. The nose ring is halfway up my nose. Now you have to try a 20 gram nose ring.
