Easy to use! Simply peel and stick. Just make sure you place them in the right place. I put mine where I saw a dent in the wall from the doorknob. The problem was that it was from my old front door. Not my new front door. Before realizing my mistake, I quickly pulled the bumper off. And UPA! He ripped off all the paint on me! I painted my living room walls TEN (10) YEARS AGO. It was by no means fresh paint. it was old Now I have this ugly spot where it has peeled off my paint perfectly. I suppose these things are REALLY sticky and will stay there forever. You also cannot reuse them. Once you've cleaned them, they're done. Love how effective they are, just wish I knew how incredibly sticky they are! Be careful!
