This is a really good set but it arrived piecemeal which was clearly not a delivery feature as the box was complete intact. The chain on one was loose causing the screens to come loose and the hook not staying in place. It would be nice to pay attention to that. Otherwise a great set. *Update*: One of the filters is practically useless as the links in the chain are so loose that the hook has fallen off and can't be found. *Another update*: They sent me another one in the mail. install because of what happened to the first one. They are not damaged and the customer service has been great. Very satisfied!
