I've had these sets for a few months now and really like them. Some reviewers complain that they change color. Well, tea does it with tea balls. Someone said they don't seal well, in fact they have a stand where you put the halves together and they seal great. You may lose some tea leaves, but not much. This is a good product. I have bought several different tea products and this is one of the best. I found the strainer to be a bit large so the tea I like is at the bottom of the cup unless I shake the bead over the tea container before it enters the cup. I like the mesh and zipper, but the hinge feels a little flimsy to me. I had none. So far the problem is with the loop, but I suspect that's the area that will break first. Overall definitely worth the money if you like tea.

A good deal for the price but we're already looking for a better product in a few days. The holes are quite large, so the tea particles penetrate into the tea. They seem a bit fragile so I'm afraid they'll break every time I pick them up. The metal is already stained even if washed right after use. The laundry is ok, sometimes the tea gets stuck and you have to give it a kick. Other than that, the hanging chain is great and the spoons that are included were awesome and we use them all the time.

This is a really good set but it arrived piecemeal which was clearly not a delivery feature as the box was complete intact. The chain on one was loose causing the screens to come loose and the hook not staying in place. It would be nice to pay attention to that. As you can see from the photos, in my set the two halves do not fit and close well, on the opposite side the small clasp, note the large gap, so the loose tea was all over my container, you have to strain the tea ball and render it useless! The teaspoons were a nice touch but asked for a refund as I didn't want a replacement and had problems with shipping and probably the same problem me recently noticed another comment with the same problem!
