A good deal for the price but we're already looking for a better product in a few days. The holes are quite large, so the tea particles penetrate into the tea. They seem a bit fragile so I'm afraid they'll break every time I pick them up. The metal is already stained even if washed right after use. The laundry is ok, sometimes the tea gets stuck and you have to give it a kick. Other than that, the hanging chain is great and the spoons that are included were awesome and we use them all the time. This product is good for casual tea drinkers, not for everyday use.
