They should work just fine.
The battery in the vtech baby monitor I used was not holding a charge so I ordered a replacement. The original had 750 mAh and with this one the 800 mAh should last a bit longer. The battery works well and lasts a long time when unplugged and not charging. We have two of these so we have to keep ourselves organized. I'm glad I ordered these as opposed to the lower capacity.
