Exactly what I was looking for. Beautifully illuminates the interior of my 6x12x7 enclosed trailer. I attached them with the included double sided tape and trust me it will be enough to keep them in place. You would probably shatter the light if you try to take them off after getting stuck. My trailer comes with a light on the inside door, so I used the recommended wiring and T-connectors that another reviewer suggested and installed in less than 15 minutes. I connected the existing light to a switch and ran wires to each cross member. T-connectors save a lot of time. I ended up ordering a second set as I had 6 crossbars but the picture shown is the first 4 I installed. The quality is good but I would remove the plugs as they appear flimsy. The light output is excellent considering the size of the room I placed it in as the floor to ceiling is 7ft in the trailer, 6ft wide and 12ft 22in long. So yes, there is a lot of light. I definitely recommend it.
