Unreliable - used at home for a month. I have never changed the dry wiper head - and with the help of the product alone, the movement of the dry wiper, it ripped the cheap plastic screws off the dry wiper head. Cheap product - not reliable for long term use. If you live in the US, go to Sams and buy their dry mop. It may be $10 more, but it will go on and on and on. While this product lasts maybe 40 days.
