I have multiple cameras and a doorbell. One of them needs wire. About every two weeks one has to be removed for charging. And the ring is good, but you can't record video to your local computer when motion is detected unless you pay a monthly subscription fee for cloud storage. Finally, I decided on this solar power camera. It also supports adding local map storage. The good thing is that the solar panel and camera are separate, which means you can find a better place for the solar panel to expose it to more sunlight. So far so good and this is exactly the camera I want.
