On the back of the case there are 4 small round bumpers that can be pulled out. They moved independently of the hull itself, probably by design. However, my suitcase arrived without one of these, so I have 3 bumpers and a hole where the 4th should be. The buttons are very hard to press but seem to get a little lighter as I use them. I've never had a kickstand so I really like this feature. I really wish I could sometimes change the angle of the stand so the phone isn't pointing up. The case material seems pretty solid for the price. The cut out camera looks cool but others might like its jagged look. It looks like someone took a hammer and punched a hole in the rock. I do not mind. It's just weird. Another review here mentioned that they prevented you from using the control buttons at the bottom of the screen on the Note 10+. I have no idea how is that? The control buttons are fully accessible. If you have massive fingers maybe? Although probably not. The case didn't improve the grip of the phone as much as the photos suggest. Not bad, but I wish there was more tenacity. Basically I am satisfied with the price.
